XtraMile has entered into a partnership with Norsk Topphandball and will become its new national competency partner. The partnership is intended to help make it easier to gather, share, and develop expertise across clubs in Norwegian elite handball.
Competency development is a crucial part of the effort to strengthen the clubs and Norwegian Elite Handball as a whole. Through this partnership, Norsk Topphåndball will gain a shared digital learning platform for training, professional content, and the sharing of best practices.
The goal is to make relevant knowledge more easily accessible, regardless of club, role, or location.

The partnership with Norwegian Top Handball will facilitate more systematic and modern competency development across the clubs.

Aiming to make it easier to share knowledge among clubs
Through a single shared digital learning platform, Norwegian Top Handball can bring together training, subject-specific content, and best practices in one place.
Among other things, this will make it easier to produce and distribute training materials, provide a better overview of skill development initiatives, and share knowledge and experiences among the clubs.
Digital learning can also be combined with webinars and in-person gatherings.
The goal is to ensure that more of the knowledge already present in Norwegian elite handball can be shared and benefit more clubs and people.
