This legal requirement, introduced on 1 January 2006, is anchored in Section 3-5 of the Working Environment Act, which imposes a duty on employers to undergo training in health, safety, and environmental management. More than 1,400 employers have completed this course, which meets regulatory requirements and is tailored to the construction industry. Please note that this training provides an overview of the employer’s statutory responsibilities and fulfills the minimum legal requirements.
