Kristoffer has worked in the digital education business for over 15 years. He started as a Sales and Project Manager in the Nordic IT training company Glasspaper, and left in 2014 to create XtraMile with Sten Ove. Kristoffer runs the day-to-day business of XtraMile, and also heads XtraMIle’s product development department. When not working, he spends time with his family and racing his two-year-old daughter down the slides at Leo’s Lekeland.

Before XtraMile became a reality, we both spent years working in the digital education industry experiencing the good, the bad, and the ugly.
 
We worked with companies where the bottom line mattered more than the people, where aggressive sales tactics overshadowed product quality, and where leadership meant instilling fear rather than fostering trust.
 
When we created XtraMile, we vowed that we would not do the same.
