Kristoffer Aas
CEO, CTO and Co-FounderKristoffer has more than 15 years of experience in digital education and learning technology. Before co-founding XtraMile, he worked in sales and project management at Nordic IT training company Glasspaper. Today, he leads XtraMile’s day-to-day operations and product development, with a strong focus on usability, scalability, and real customer value.
Outside of work, Kristoffer enjoys spending time with his family — often racing his young daughter down playground slides.

Sten Ove Elvegaard
Chief Sales Officer, Co-FounderSten Ove brings over 20 years of experience in digital education and customer solutions. He is deeply passionate about helping organizations solve real training challenges and succeed with learning initiatives. At XtraMile, he focuses on building long-term customer relationships grounded in trust and results.
When he’s not working, Sten Ove enjoys the outdoors — skiing, camping, and fishing.

Andres Munoz
Head of Customer SuccessAndres is a people-first Customer Success leader with international experience across Europe and the Americas. He is passionate about driving progress, building strong relationships, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. At XtraMile, Andres works closely with customers and internal teams to turn learning goals into measurable results.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, discovering great food, and following basketball.

Ludvig Andreas Johansen
Chief Marketing OfficerLudvig has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and sales from leading Norwegian and international brands, including TV 2, Walt Disney, and Storytel. He combines data-driven marketing with creativity and strong visual storytelling to build clear, credible communication.
In his free time, Ludvig enjoys both city life and nature — equally at home in an art museum or by a campfire in the forest.

Lukasz Jarmulowicz
Head of Software EngineeringLukasz leads XtraMile’s software engineering team and is responsible for the development, scalability, and reliability of the platform. He works closely with product and business stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement, strong security, and a future-ready architecture.
With a hands-on approach to leadership and technology, Lukasz focuses on building robust solutions that support efficient, automated learning at scale.
