Course Information

This course provides knowledge on how the construction industry can reduce its climate footprint and contribute to the green transition. You will learn about climate challenges, energy efficiency measures in buildings, environmentally friendly and sustainable solutions, waste management, reuse, environmental certifications (BREEAM, Nordic Swan Ecolabel, Eco-Lighthouse, ISO 14001), and the circular economy. The course also covers the UN Sustainable Development Goals, zero-emission buildings, fossil-free construction sites, and how craftsmen can make environmentally conscious choices in practice.
