Course Information

This course helps participants understand what corruption is, why preventing it matters, and how to navigate the grey area between acceptable customer care and improper influence.

Through practical explanations and real-world examples, learners will learn to recognise common corruption risks such as bribery and fraud, identify situations where they may be exposed to pressure or “favours,” and apply clear principles for making the right decisions. The course also provides actionable guidance on how to avoid questionable situations and what to do if corruption is suspected or occurs.
