Course Information

If you take on design and engineering responsibilities, there are many potential pitfalls to be aware of. This course provides insight into the requirements, risks, and responsibilities associated with design work and the selection of products and technical solutions.

In many cases, master builders and contractors assume the role of designer or engineer without formally taking on the legal responsibility. This course focuses on the risks and liabilities involved, as well as the common pitfalls that often arise. You will also gain insight into how to use the Building Technical Regulations (TEK) to identify the performance requirements that must be met during the design process.
