Course Information

This course provides the knowledge required to build and install floor structures, intermediate floors, balconies, and load-bearing walls in accordance with current standards. You will learn about structural sizing, material selection, installation, moisture protection, insulation, and how loads affect the structure. The course also covers timber framing, sleeper floors, subfloors, staircases, and principles of wind bracing and climate-adapted construction. Ideal for carpenters, master builders, project managers, and apprentices.
