Course Information

This course provides an overview of the most important laws, regulations, and standards in the construction industry. You will learn about the Planning and Building Act, the Building Technical Regulations (TEK17), the Building Application Regulations (SAK10), the Internal Control Regulations, and the Client Regulations. The course also covers collective agreements, contracts, and Norwegian Standards (NS), as well as responsibility rights, project classes, independent control, quality assurance (QA), and how regulations impact HSE, SHA, and industry compliance.
