Course Information

In this course, you will gain a deeper understanding of the mechanisms that cause stress, the potential consequences of stress, and how to manage your own stress effectively.

The goal of the course is to provide insight into how you, as a leader, can promote well-being in the workplace while also preventing stress among your employees.

As a manager, you are exposed to pressure and stress yourself. Research shows that managerial stress can negatively impact both employee well-being and organizational productivity. Therefore, it is essential to become aware of and actively manage your own stress levels.

The course consists of short lessons with professional insights and introduces simple, practical tools you can use for reflection and stress management in your daily leadership role.
