Change is no longer the exception – it is part of everyday leadership. As a manager, you are expected to create direction, reassurance, and momentum, even when your organization is facing restructuring, new requirements, or uncertainty.
Practical change management is about succeeding with change in real life – through clear communication, involvement, and strong leadership. When you understand how people react to change and how to guide the process step by step, you increase the likelihood of engagement, effective implementation, and lasting results.
In this course, you will gain insight into common change reactions in yourself, your colleagues, and your own manager. You will also receive practical guidance through videos, reflection questions, and step-by-step guides to help you actively contribute to change processes.
