What is E-learning?

E-learning in the Workplace
Companies use e-learning for purposes such as onboarding, mandatory training, and professional development. Digital courses can be taken individually, at the learner’s own pace, or as part of a structured training program.
Through a digital learning platform (LMS), companies can manage courses, track participants’ progress, and document completed training.
Example: E-learning
A construction and engineering company offers digital HSE courses to employees at various construction sites. Employees complete the training on their mobile devices or PCs whenever it fits into their workday. The employer can track who has completed the courses and document their completion.
