Our integration synchronizes data with Hailey HR and other systems on our platform.

Below is a list of the data that is typically integrated:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Employee ID

• Social Security Number

• Immediate supervisor

For example, an employee’s address, contact, and salary information can be retrieved from Hailey HR when the information changes, automatically updating the employee directory in your payroll system. If the employee does not already exist in the payroll system, the integration automatically creates the employee there.

This integration is designed for those of you who use Hailey HR as your HR system and want to integrate with other systems, such as payroll systems like Fortnox Lön, Flex HRM Payroll, Kontek Lön, and Kleer (formerly PE Accounting), expense reporting tools such as Skovik, or recruitment systems such as Teamtailor. We can also integrate with other systems such as LMS, shift scheduling and staffing tools like Quinyx, or identity management systems like Microsoft Entra ID.
