Transfer Competency from XtraMile to K-REG
With the integration between XtraMile and K-REG, acquired skills can be recorded in the Central Registry when an employee completes a relevant course.
This reduces manual work and makes it easier to keep competency data up to date.
Here’s how it works
K-REG’s competency catalog is synchronized with XtraMile, so that relevant courses and certificates can be linked to the correct competency.
When a linked course is completed:
- the employee is identified or created in K-REG
- the acquired competency is sent to the Central Registry
- a system attempt is made to automatically transfer the certificate document
- the status is displayed in XtraMile
The transfer applies only to courses and certificates linked to K-REG. The employee’s full name and date of birth are used to identify them. Social Security numbers or D-numbers are not collected.
