Keep employee data up to date automatically
With the integration between Mintra and XtraMile, user data from Mintra can be synchronized directly to XtraMile. This reduces the need for manual data entry and ensures that employee information, organizational affiliations, and reporting lines are up to date.
The following data can be synchronized
The integration can transfer, among other things:
- name and email address
- employee ID and date of birth
- department and location
- immediate supervisor
- groups and organizational affiliation
The data is imported through XtraMiles’ established user import feature and can be used to update the reporting hierarchy in the solution.
Automatic or Manual Synchronization
Synchronization can run automatically according to a fixed schedule. It is also possible to initiate a manual synchronization as needed, for example, following major changes in the organization.
The status of the Mintra synchronization is displayed in the integration overview in XtraMile, allowing administrators to monitor whether the data has been updated.
