Our integration with Simployer One synchronizes the following data between Simployer One and other systems:

• Personal Information

• Absence tracking

For example, an employee’s address, contact, and payroll information can be retrieved from Simployer One when the information changes, automatically updating the employee roster in your payroll system. If the employee does not exist in the payroll system, the integration automatically creates the employee there.

Absence tracking is handled by retrieving absence codes from Simployer One (such as vacation, sick leave, parental leave/VAB) and recording them for the correct employee and date in the payroll system.

Who is this integration for?

This integration is designed for organizations that use Simployer One as their HR system and wish to integrate with other systems, such as payroll systems like Fortnox Lön, Flex, Agda, Kontek, or Kleer, or identity systems like Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).

How often is the data synchronized between the systems?

That depends on your needs. The integration can continuously monitor for changes, or we can set up a schedule with a specific interval. The interval can always be adjusted over time.
