Our integration synchronizes the following data between HR systems or payroll systems and Hogia OpenHR:

  • Personal data

  • Registration of absences

For example, address, contact and salary information for an employee can be retrieved from your HR system when the information is changed and updates the information in the personnel register in Hogia OpenHR automatically. If the person does not exist in Hogia OpenHR, our integration automatically creates this person there. If you use Hogia OpenHR as an HR system and another payroll system such as Fortnox, Kleer, 24sevenOffice, Payzlip, FlexHRM Payroll or similar, the flow can go in the opposite direction with Hogia OpenHR as the master.

Absence registration is done by retrieving absence codes (e.g. vacation, sick, leave) from your HR system, such as HiBob, Personio, Hailey HR, Huma HR, Evity HR or Simployer One, and registering the right person and day in Hogia OpenHR. Or vice versa: retrieved from your payroll system and registered in Hogia OpenHR.
