Our integration synchronizes data between Evity and other systems on our platform.

Below you’ll find the data typically included in the integration:

• First Name

• Last name

• Address

• Employee ID

• Social Security Number

• Salary

• Immediate supervisor

• Account number

• etc.

For example, an employee’s address, contact, and salary information can be retrieved from Evity when data changes and automatically updated in the personnel registry within the payroll system. If the person does not already exist in the payroll system, the integration automatically creates a record for them.

This integration is designed for organizations that use Evity as their HR system and want to connect it to other systems, such as payroll systems like Fortnox Payroll, Flex, Agda, Kontek, and Kleer—or identity systems like Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).
